Body Basics is your "free" zero-pressure launchpad onto the Reformer. In 45 minutes, we'll introduce the machine, wake up your muscles, and get you moving with confidence. No frills, no fuss — just solid movement and a taste of what your body can do.

Body Origin

Full-Body Reformer – Step Up Your Game

Body Origin is the class that takes you from curious to capable. Full-body sequences focus on control, alignment, and foundational strength, giving your body the tools it needs to move smarter and stronger. No rushing — just powerful, intentional movement.

Body Strength

Strength Without the Noise

Body Strength cuts through the hype. No jumping. No rushing. No unnecessary transitions. Just slow, loaded Reformer work that forces your muscles to stay honest.

Expect long sets, heavy springs, and full-body sequences that challenge stability and build strength you can actually use — now and long term. This style of training supports your body through all stages, including peri- to post-menopause, where strength, control, and load matter most.

Jump, Push, Burn

Body Power is your high-energy Reformer fix. Jump-board sequences, dynamic flows, and cardio peaks push your stamina, fire your muscles, and challenge your power. Controlled intensity meets full-body engagement — Jumping lying down - what could be more fun than that!

Body Longevity

Senior - Strong - Steady

A Reformer-based movement class designed to help you stay strong, mobile and balanced - now and for years to come. Using gentle, joint-friendly exercises, this class focuses on functional strength, posture, and endurance (on & off the Reformer) in a slower-paced, supported environment.  Perfect for anyone who wants to move confidently and maintain independence.  Helping you move with less restriction and more ease in everyday life.

Body Circuit

Reformer meet Circuit

This circuit is on and off the Reformer, it'll have you coming back for more every Saturday!  

Six stations, three rounds - designed to blow out the cobwebs and get you moving with strength, speed and endurance - we push our way through this 45min class with attitude and determination right to the end.
