This class is designed to build the strength, stability and rotational control essential for an efficient and powerful golf swing. Focusing on the glutes, deep core and obliques, we target the muscles that generate hip rotation, maintain spinal posture and transfer power from the lower body through the torso. Non golfers will also benefit from the strength, stability and functional movement this class delivers.

Our Story
I'm passionate about both reformer pilates and personal training, I believe they complement each other perfectly. Combining the two allows clients to build strength, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results either in a small group format or one on one.
